Tax free travel savings

Cycle to Work Scheme

Using the cycle to work scheme all Chadwicks Group colleagues can obtain a brand new bike and safety equipment worth up to €1,000 saving up to 51% of the retail price of the bike and equipment. The repayments will be spread over a 6 month period.

Tax Saver

Tax-saver is available to anyone who use public transport to get to and from work. Savings of between 29% and 52% can be made o the regular price, depending on ticket type and your tax band. The cost of your ticket will be deducted at source on a monthly basis.

Advance Pitstop

As a Chadwicks Group colleague you can avail of up to 10% OFF car services and 5% OFF tyres* with Advance Pitstop.

Fuel Discount

We have annual VHI Health Check Stations in all branches and head office, monthly webinars and wellness email updates, new starter wellness training and ad hoc initiatives such as fruit baskets sent to all locations to promote your five a day.

Colleague Assistance Programme

Your welfare is our concern. The purpose of our Colleague Assistance Programme is to provide practical assistance and emotional support during difficult times in our daily lives. The CAP offers a free confidential counselling and information service which gives colleagues reassurance that there is someone to talk to in a confidential and safe manner.

Private Healthcare Discount

As a Chadwicks Group employee, you can take advantage of our corporate discount for private healthcare which will conveniently be deducted at source from your monthly gross salary. We offer a choice of two popular suppliers

Chadwicks Group Pension Plan

All new colleagues get the opportunity to become a member of our Defined Contribution Pension Scheme when they have completed six months service.

In addition, when you become a member of the Chadwicks Group Defined Contribution Pension Scheme we will automatically include you
in our Life Assurance Policy, this policy covers you for four times your basic salary.

Retirement Planning

To support retiring colleagues, Chadwicks Group offers a Retirement Planning course. This two day course supports colleagues with information to support during the transition to retirement. The course is fully funded by Chadwicks Group and offered to all colleagues planning to retire in the coming year.

Loyalty Award Programme

Here at Chadwicks Group we consider that it

Therefore, colleagues who have reached 5, 10, 20, 30, 40 and 50 years’ loyalty milestones with the company will receive a loyalty award in recognition of their commitment and loyalty to Chadwicks Group.

Growing Families

We are proud to provide paid Paternity, Maternity and Adoptive leave to all Chadwicks Group colleagues with over 1 years’ service with use.

Annual Leave

Full time colleagues are entitled to 21 days in a full annual leave year plus 9 days public holidays. Part time colleagues are entitled to the same annual leave pro rata for hours worked. For example, a colleague working three days per week is entitled to 13 days annual leave. As an added benefit colleagues are entitled to extra day’s annual leave depending on length of service.

Great Places to Work

Chadwicks Group launched their first Great Places to Work survey, MySay in 2018. The programme aims to assist workplaces in creating a high-trust culture, and to recognise those organisations that are developing best practices in this area.
